This page explains how to delete your account in Qearn, the Quran listening app, and what happens to your data.
In the app (immediate)
- Open Qearn and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then Delete forever.
Without the app
Email qearnapps@gmail.com from the email address of your Qearn account, with the subject “Delete my Qearn account”. We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in.
- Your Qoin balance and any Qoins waiting to be collected. These are lost and cannot be restored.
- Your listening history, daily activity and rewarded-ad records.
- Your invite code, and the record of who invited whom.
What is kept
- Cash-out requests you already made are still paid. Their records (amount, payout details, status) are kept as long as payment, accounting and legal obligations require.
- App-wide daily totals that contain no information about you (for example, total minutes listened by everyone). They are deleted after about 13 months.
Collections and recitations saved on your phone stay on it until you uninstall the app. See the privacy policy.

بدون التطبيق
راسلنا على qearnapps@gmail.com من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، بعنوان «Delete my Qearn account». نحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا ونرد عليك للتأكيد.
ما يُحذف
- حسابك وتسجيل الدخول.
- رصيد العملات والعملات التي لم تُجمع بعد. هذه تضيع ولا يمكن استرجاعها.
- سجل استماعك ونشاطك اليومي وسجلات إعلانات المكافأة.
- رمز الدعوة الخاص بك، وسجل من دعا من.
ما يُحتفظ به
- طلبات السحب التي قدّمتها تُدفع كما هي، ونحتفظ بسجلاتها (المبلغ وبيانات الدفع والحالة) بالقدر الذي تتطلبه الالتزامات المالية والمحاسبية والقانونية.
- إجماليات يومية للتطبيق كله لا تحتوي على أي معلومات عنك، وتُحذف بعد نحو 13 شهرًا.
المجموعات والتلاوات المحفوظة على هاتفك تبقى عليه حتى تحذف التطبيق. راجع سياسة الخصوصية (بالإنجليزية).
