These terms are the agreement between you and Qearn (“the app”, “we”) for using the app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use Qearn
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens in your account.
2. Qoins
- Qoins are reward points you earn by listening to recitations, finishing surahs, watching reward videos, and inviting friends, under the rules shown in the app (including daily limits).
- Qoins are counted and kept by our servers. The balance shown in the app is what our servers record.
- Qoins are not money, have no cash value until a cash-out is approved and paid, cannot be bought, and cannot be transferred to another person.
- We may change how Qoins are earned, the daily limits, the exchange rate, the minimum cash-out and the payout methods. Changes apply from when they are announced in the app and do not take away Qoins you have already earned.
- Listening progress you have not collected stays in your account until you collect it. Up to 3 hours of it can wait; listening beyond that does not earn until you collect.
3. Cashing out
- When cash-outs are available, you can exchange Qoins for a payout at the rate and above the minimum shown in the app, using the payout methods offered in your country.
- Every cash-out request is reviewed before it is paid. We aim to pay within the time shown in the app, but checks for fair use can take longer.
- You must enter correct payout details. We are not responsible for payouts sent to details you entered incorrectly.
- Payout providers may charge their own fees, and some methods are not available in every country.
- You are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.
4. Fair use
Qoins are paid for real listening by real people. It is not allowed to:
- use bots, scripts, emulators, modified versions of the app, or anything else that earns Qoins without a person really listening;
- create or use more than one account, or create accounts to collect invite bonuses;
- tamper with ads, click ads on purpose to earn, or interfere with how ads or the app work;
- exploit a bug or error to earn Qoins (please tell us about it instead).
If we reasonably believe these rules were broken, we may refuse or cancel cash-outs, remove Qoins that were earned unfairly, and suspend or close the account. Where a cash-out is refused because of a mistake on our side, the Qoins are returned.
5. Ads
The app is free and shows ads, provided by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for anything you buy through them.
6. The Quran content
Recitations are by the reciters named in the app. Translations of the meanings of the Quran come from QuranEnc.com and are shown unchanged; see translation credits. A translation of the meanings is a human work and cannot replace the Arabic original. Please use the app with the respect the Quran deserves.
7. Your account
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Qoins in a deleted account are lost; cash-outs you already requested are still paid. See how to delete your account.
- We may close the app or an account with notice in the app. If we close the whole app, we will give users a reasonable time to cash out Qoins that meet the minimum.
8. The app as it is
We work to keep the app available and correct, but it is provided “as is”. It may sometimes be unavailable, captions may not match the recitation exactly, and we do not promise any amount of earnings. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost earnings, and our total liability to you is limited to the value of the Qoins in your account that meet the minimum cash-out.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
